We got reasonably large room with nice view. Hotel's location was particularly good and best possible, on the other hand the area is much less hectic than the old tourist quarter. Local fast food option Hotto was 10 minutes walk away.

Wonderful hotel, staff were best and the location was best possible anywhere away from the tower. The room was great value for money and large with nice view, had essentials required. They offered excellent breakfast in the lobby. Good service was provided too.

This hotel really knows how to prioritize its customers. From the friendly and prompt staff to the attention to detail in every aspect, they go above and beyond. The rooms offer a nice view and are complemented by great basic amenities. The breakfast spread is also highly recommended.

No major issues, everything was perfect!

We had a fantastic stay at Intercontinental Hanoi Landmark72, An Ihg Hotel for four nights. The deluxe queen room was well-equipped with a private safe, cable channels, and ironing facilities. The hotel staff provided excellent service throughout our stay.

From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff was welcoming and attentive. We enjoyed the beautiful views of the lake and the surrounding city from our luxurious room, which was impeccably clean and had great facilities. The breakfast had a great selection of delicious food, and the coffee was the best we had in this city. Additionally, we appreciated the hotel's prompt transportation services to and from the hotel and the easy regular taxi access nearby.

The breakfast and staff were amazing, and I really enjoyed the variety of foods offered. the view from the hotel was great, and it was nice to be able to look out over the city and watch the Christmas celebrations. In terms of location, it was a bit of a distance from the main area, but there was a shopping center nearby which was a plus.

The room was a bit outdated, and there were some problems with the air conditioning not working properly. This made it difficult to get a good night's sleep, especially with the noise from the street outside.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were lovely and the lobby was impressive. The hotel also had great facilities including a large gym, swimming pool, and even a basketball court on the 7th floor. But what really blew me away were the views from the 62nd to 71st floors. I could see the entire cityscape of Hanoi, it was truly breathtaking.

All in all, I couldn't fault this hotel at all. It was perfect.

The hotel is located in the peaceful West Lake district, the perfect location to unwind. You can relax on the balcony with views of the lake or take a quick cab ride to the city center. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, luxurious bathrooms and great service. Breakfast is delicious and the facilities are top-notch, with gym, pool, basketball court and club lounge.

Limited food options.

The breakfast was amazing with plenty of delicious options to choose from. We also appreciated the complementary gym and swimming pool facilities. The area around the hotel had a lot of international supermarkets and chain coffee shops nearby, making it easy to grab anything we needed. We also loved the stunning panoramic views of the city from our room.

Although the location was convenient for us, it was quite far from the major tourist areas such as the Old Quarter. It took us around 30 minutes by cab to get there.

The exclusive amenities at this hotel surpassed our expectations. The Spa & wellness centre was serene and the massage was a highlight of our stay. The outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers was perfect for relaxation. The restaurant had an excellent menu with special diet menus available. The room was well appointed with private facilities.

The location is a bit out of the way from the touristic attractions. However, this was easily remedied by the excellent in-room breakfast and snack bar.
