Perfect for solo explorers
I had this very nice experience with the staff, especially when Mr Hải noticed my Ambassador membership and welcomed me with a smile. The room was just as I hoped it would be, with a amazing view from the 69th floor that made me feel on top of the world.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but you know what, it was still totally worth it.

missingWrote a review on Oct 23breathtaking viewsincredible breakfastoverpriced shuttle
Breathtaking views from the 62nd floor create an unforgettable backdrop for quiet morning coffees. The breakfast spread offers a fantastic mix of local and international dishes, constantly varied to keep things fresh and exciting.
Getting around the hotel can be a test of patience, dealing with several slow elevators to access various facilities. The shuttle service is exorbitantly priced, nearly four times the local GRAB rates, making it a less favorable option for airport transfers and city trips. Rooms feel somewhat dated, with carpets in need of a good deep clean, which detracts from the overall experience.
